Penelope joined The Crabapple Team in 2020 and brings with her over 16-years of community association industry and customer service experience.  

As the Business Development Manager, Penelope’s focus will be to strengthen existing and cultivate new relationships with the communities that we serve as well as develop new business. With her background in Community Association Management, she knows how hectic it can be for Managers and Board Members and her goal is to make your job easier.
